The Ask:
Redesign an outdated online portal for the British Columbia chapter of the Variety Children’s Charity.
The Solution:
We conducted multiple rounds of discovery interviewing key staff and board members, audited the existing site and content, then proposed back a new UX through consumer journeys based on their key user personas (Lookers, donators, partners, families seeking help). The site is large and easily scalable allowing staff to create their own program pages for events and donation collection with mobile first in mind.
